Early-Bird Book Bonus
The Membership Committee is pleased to announce that they will be offering a complimentary handbook to all new and renewing members for 2007. If you recall from last year, as an "early-bird" incentive, all new and renewing active members received a complimentary copy of Bugs and Drugs Antimicrobial Pocket Reference handbook. Since we received so much positive feedback from our members, this year we decided to offer a complimentary copy of Rx Files to all new and renewing active members.
All active members who join or renew their membership by July 15th will qualify to receive a copy of Rx Files. All membership forms must be received at CSHP National office on or before July 15th to qualify.
The new membership year commences July 1st and you should have already received your personalized membership form in the mail, so there is no time like the present to renew your support of
CSHP. If you are considering joining CSHP, you can print a copy of the membership form.
